We have used Innovation Technologies for my first home entertainment system. Mr. T. Moon has always been my first choice for upgrades! He is a great professional, experienced and spends time demonstrating/explaining all the adjustments necessary. I have been through 3 upgrades and would recommend Innovation as the only group to choose for your project!

I don't write reviews often, but Moon and the team at Innovation Technologies genuinely earned this one. We're a nonprofit that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and when we set out to build out the safety infrastructure for our new Temecula office, we needed someone who would take it seriously. Moon did exactly that. He didn't just sell us a system... he listened, asked the right questions, and helped us think through things we hadn't even considered, like integrating panic keyfobs for staff on the move, strobe alerts for visibility during emergencies, and a video intercom so our front desk team always knows who's at the door before opening it. The people we serve depend on us to keep them safe. That's not a small thing. Moon understood that without us having to explain it twice, and it showed in how he approached every detail of this project. He was patient when we pushed back on pricing, honest about what we did and didn't need, and kept the whole process moving even as the scope grew. That's rare. If you're looking for someone who actually cares about getting it right, call Moon.

Moon is very familiar with all theater systems, old and new. He was able to repair my old system making it brand new. Thank you, Moon!

I highly recommend Mr. Moon! He was pleasant, thorough, highly knowledgeable, patiently listened to my concerns and goals, carefully assessed my current audio-video status, and discussed a variety of future options. He's just appears to be someone who understands the importance of good customer service and building a long-term and trusting relationship with his customers!

Moon at innovation technologies was excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I feel so much better knowing that our business has updated security cameras. Will be using them in the future!
