I couldn't recommend Flat Bid Moving more highly. They were referred to us after mold / landlord issues surfaced and we had to move out quickly. Carlos the owner was able to get us on the schedule within 2-days, showed up promptly with 3 movers, and got our entire 2-bed apartment w/ large furniture + ~50 boxes packed into their truck and unloaded into storage within 4-hours. Our movers Carlos, Horacio, and Javier are true professionals; they were extremely efficient yet careful disassembling very heavy Restoration Hardware furniture and carrying it all down multiple flights of stairs. Not a single item, nor any walls in the apartment, got even a scratch. We will 100% be using them for all our future moving needs. All these guys work extremely hard, so make sure to TIP YOUR MOVERS!!

We’ve worked with Carlos and his team for years, and every move has been seamless from start to finish. They’re professional, reliable, hardworking, and treat every client’s home and belongings with incredible care. Communication is excellent, they show up on time, and they consistently make what can be a stressful day feel easy. As a professional organizing and move management company, we’ve trusted them with many of our clients over the years, and they’ve never let us down. It’s rare to find a team that’s this consistent and dependable. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers they can truly count on. Five stars!

As a professional nurse who has worked in Long Term Care for three decades and assisted with many, many moves for elders in transition, Flat Bid, is now definitely my Go-To. Carlos and Jesus are a masterful team: their energy and focus and efficiency are remarkable , AND, at the same time, they are warm and light hearted. Most remarkable !!! When setting up , as they unload the truck, they are completely focused on the client : placing the furniture and boxes exactly where requested ! They actually plug in the lamps and other items that need to be connected !!! They don’t leave until EVERYTHING is in place. Masterful , warm AND caring !!!!

We just used Flat Bid this weekend to move from one apartment to another across town. I cannot say enough about the experience. We had the amazing team of Carlos, Jesus and Jorge. Not only did they knock out our move in record time (way under the time estimate), but were so lovely to work with. They made what could have been a daunting, stressful experience into a so quick and easy one. The team managed every detail and treated all of our stuff with care. It was insane to watch how quickly they took care of business, quite the well oiled machine. We absolutely recommend Flat Bid for anyone moving who wants to make the experience simple and seamless. And to Carlos, Jesus and Jorge, thank you so much for everything!

Flat Bid moving is legit. Their rate was comparable to others I received, though the others could have been more if additional hours were needed as their rates were all by the hour. Carlos was honest and professional and his crew were incredibly efficient, polite, and helpful. Would hire them again without a second thought!
