Note that my move was in the Twin Cities area of MN … and If I could give Flex Moving and storage a zero I would. I had a series of issues I encountered after requesting two movers to help me unload a U-Haul that took approximately 30 Minutes in total time. First, I requested movers on the afternoon of a specific day and the movers were not able to stay and wait for me to arrive with the U-Haul truck… There were only seven heavy items in the truck that I needed assistance with, but they had to get to other jobs before I could get to the location where they were gonna help me unload. After spending more than an hour on the phone with customer service, they were unable to locate two new movers to assist me. And promise that I wouldn’t be first priority on the following morning at my new apartment. So at 8 AM the following morning a mover did show up, but unfortunately, only one showed up at the allotted time and the other mover was not yet assigned. After more calls to customer service and even after the mover that did show up, stuck around to help me, we finally secured a second guy that could help unload the seven heavy items. As mentioned it took them approximately 20 to 30 minutes to unload the seven items I could not do on my own. Total cost of two movers for 30 minutes was $150 for a down payment and after the movers completed their job another $272 was charged to my credit card. And this was after I had received an email following the move to say that they were going to be charging me an additional $2.72 I sent three emails to the company requesting a refund Of the $272 that was charged instead of $2.72, I have had no luckand have had no luck with them providing me a refund. I have received two emails asking me to put the information in writing, and again I have already sent them three emails with screenshots of the erroneous charges and they still refuse to give me any credit back. You’re better off just renting a company that sends a truck with two guys because the cost of getting two movers for 30 minutes far exceeded would’ve I would’ve paid to do that.

These guys were awesome, they were punctual, professional, and efficient. Moved all of my property with care while staying efficient and moving quickly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for professional movers.
