This review is for Forward Relocation located in San Diego. I’m in the military and forward movers were contracted by the Navy to move my belongings from California to New York. Communication with forward movers is terrible. They never let me know when they would be arriving and when they did arrive they arrived incredibly late! The movers were very unprofessional as well. When the movers got to my place and pointed out what needed to be packed up and they kept forgetting to pack up some items. When I would remind them that the items needed to be packed, they got irritated as if I never told them about the items. Now that I have received my shipment, 4 shoes are missing out of the boxes. And you can clearly see where someone had cut the box open to steal my shoes and tried to use a fresh pair of tape to tape it closed. $600+ Worth of shoes stolen! And my hair dryer was missing and many damaged items. BEWARE and use at your on risk! Hope the Military terminates their contract with them, so another service member doesn’t have to through the stress I’ve been put through.

Nacho and Smiley were professional, quick, and kind! On a day that it was raining and having a tight fit into a storage unit, they provided 5 star service with no complaints. When we were going to bring the mattress to our house but it wouldn't fit in our car, they went above and beyond and delivered the mattress and 2 TV's to our house for free after they finished at the storage unit! I couldn't be happier and highly recommend them for any move!

Smiley and Nacho were extremely professional and amazing!!!! Smiley was great with my little boy that wanted to follow him around all day and talk! My little boy is 5, so he can talk a lot lol. Anyways, they are wonderful, hard working, kind and just amazing!!!!! We feel blessed that we got such wonderful packers.

Smiley and Nacho are professional, polite. They were on time, packed all my furniture in a timely manner. Looking forward to working with this company again. Hopefully I get good moving guys in North Carolina. Thank you Ryan for sending these two gentlemen!!

Really good experience! Thank you to Smiley and Ismael for moving me in and unpacking all my things in my new San Diego apartment today. I am active duty Navy and just returned from an 8 month deployment after moving across the country to Cali from Maryland. After 1 year without my things, it was so nice to see them again. Smiley and Ismael were pleasant, courteous and answered all questions that I had. Thank you! I will be calling back to special request for my next military move :)
