This company may have been good at one time, but you should NOT trust them now. I don’t know if the people who own it are having problems or what, but two families in my neighborhood have been ghosted by these people this week, when we followed the instructions on their website to set up moving services. We were never even offered a quote and after several days of trying to reach a human, we have yet to find one that works for this business who will pick up a phone to speak to customers, to attend the meetings they schedule, or to respond to any of their e-mail accounts listed on their website. When scheduling a military move, I was asked to set up a virtual walk through of my home, before I could even speak to anybody from this company, to even ask about their availability. Their website looks legit, but there’s just no way. I received e-mail and SMS text confirmation of two different zoom meetings, that the business never started or attended. We were given a short amount of time to move on military orders and they wasted two days of my planning time scheduling fake meetings that they had no intention of attending. Don’t bother calling them on the phone, either. It rings twice and goes to a voicemail that is evidently unmonitored as well. When I tried to reach out over the phone, no one at any of their office locations was answering the phones for several days in a row.

Nice Guys Movers are the only movers I'll ever call. They are courteous, punctual, and professional, with a can do attitude. I had a large, delicate sideboard that need to be moved to the second story, around a narrow exterior staircase. Enrique and Ray were very"nice guys" and a pleasure to have spent time with. The pricing is also better than anyone else I called. Do yourself a favor and work with these guys. You'll be glad you did!

Dillon and Enrique did a fantastic job with my move! Reasonable pricing. Punctual. Careful and considerate. Highly customer service oriented. Overall, I highly recommend Nice Guys Movers. Should the day come to move again, they wil be handling it. Thank you, guys! 👏👏👏

I am so pleased with my decision to have chosen Nice Guys Movers - San Diego for my move. Dillon and Enrique were professional, friendly, and organized. They arrived early in the moving van, allowing us to get ideal parking, which is key for efficiency. They listened carefully to my preferences and priorities and communicated with me effectively. They used clean, professional packing materials to keep my belongings safe, ding-free, and secure. They used their tools to disassemble and reassemble my furniture, placing it according to my preferences, ready to use. Both worked together seamlessly, wasting no time. Dillon also reviewed all the financials with me before leaving so I had no surprises. Hiring them was a huge relief and time saver. I do not hesitate to recommend them and will reach out next time I have to move. Thank you, Dillon & Enrique!

Hired them a few days before my move & they were great. Picked up at 2-houses and completed job in 3-hours. Very friendly and they were very efficient. Highly reccommmed.
