Yermek and his team were professional and courteous during the move itself. They handled our belongings carefully and worked efficiently. However, they were clearly in a rush due to another job scheduled afterward, and as a result, our delivery and setup felt hurried and incomplete. They specifically promised to return to finish assembling certain items and said they would send someone. After we paid in full and tipped, our calls and messages went unanswered. The lack of follow-through and communication has been extremely disappointing. Professional during the move, but the unfulfilled commitment and absence of response afterward significantly impacted our overall experience.

My husband and I had a lot of extra furniture crowding our house. We also had a lot of furniture to move upstairs which we had moved downstairs when remodeling several bedrooms. I looked at Yelp and Google for a mover with good ratings and found One Deal Moving. I called and left a message. Sam responded to my call within a few minutes. He was very pleasant on the phone. He answered all my questions and I thought the prices were competitive and quite reasonable. I explained that I still had a lot of “spring cleaning” before we could move the furniture, and he said to call him when I was ready. I did that, and Sam and his assistant Albert moved all the furniture yesterday. They were fantastic! Specifically: they were pleasant and respectful, careful with our furniture, careful with our walls and floors, and efficient in their work. They took all our excess furniture to the Goodwill (for additional cost) which I thought was very reasonable, a “one good deal” 😉. I was very happy to pay that reasonable fee because they have a large moving truck with a lift and I was able to get rid of about 15 large pieces of furniture that I did not need, and that my husband and I could not move since we are older and we also don’t have a truck. I would happily use this company and these guys again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend them without any reservation. Than you Sam and Albert!

Last week my wife and I consolidated two storage units into one at a Popular Storage site near our residence. Yermek and his colleague Ulan were a pleasure to work with. They worked swiftly and efficiently and completed the move while also reorganizing our storage to make our future sorting-out much, much easier. I will pick them again for any future moving! Very professional, patient, and skilled in reorganizing our more than 100 boxes and misc. items. A real relief to have such help.

Amazing service! I found One Deal Moving on Yelp, and if I could give them 10 stars I would! They were on time, polite, moved quickly, and kept all my belongings safe, secure, and handled properly. I’m so impressed with how smooth the move went, and if I ever plan to move in the future, they would be my first choice! If you’re thinking about hiring movers, do yourself a favor and call these guys!

I have hired One Deal Moving twice and would definitely use them again for any moving services I'll have in the future. They are professional i their actions and demeanor as well as how they made sure they took care of my property/furniture. Sam was assertive and doesn't fool around, not once have I caught him on his phone, he was hard worker and wanted the work done. The crew that helped me was very polite and respectful as well.
