This was my second time using One Stop Moving. I was highly impressed with my first experience, which is why I chose them again. Unfortunately, this move was extremely disappointing. Luis was rude and disrespectful, especially when I told him that some of my belongings had been left behind at my old residence. He also left without letting me know that the movers were heading to my new residence. The move took Six hours but charged me for 8 hours and overtime, which seemed excessive considering there were supposed to be three movers and I only have a small two bedroom, two bathroom home. My largest items were beds and a couch and my items were already packaged by myself. Although three movers were present, only two appeared to be doing most of the work. Those two gentlemen did a great job and were very kind, but unfortunately, I do not remember their names. Based on this experience, I would not use this company again or recommend its services to others.

AMAZING moving company! Professional and very quick! Edmund and Luis did a great job keeping my move at 2 hrs! Nothing broke either!! I would 100% recommend this company. They brought furniture covers, mattress covers and packed everything extremely well.! We didn’t have a lot just some large furniture items and a few boxes. I will be hiring them again when I need to move out of this apartment into a pod. Thank you so much.!

Can’t recommend One Stop enough! Not only did these guys load our two bed apartment, but they also loaded up our storage unit and then drove an hour away to unload two full trucks worth of belongings - in the POURING RAIN! It was not at all a fun move, but these guys kept me from losing my sanity. The peace of mind in knowing that the movers were not only quick and diligent, despite unfavorable weather conditions but also also extremely careful & thorough in handling & protecting our belongings from the rain is truly priceless. It was not at all an easy job, but One Stop really pulled through for us (and at the absolute best price out there). Gomez, Adencio, Roberto, and Shawn - thank you a million times over!

We had an outstanding experience with our movers, Edmond and Jesus. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make our move as smooth and stress-free as possible. Even before arriving, they called to check if we needed any additional supplies. This thoughtful gesture immediately showed how attentive and professional they are. When they arrived, they were fully equipped with large moving blankets and took great care to wrap all of our larger items. Their careful attention to detail ensured that everything was well protected and nothing was scratched or damaged, which gave us great peace of mind. In addition to being incredibly careful, Edmond and Jesus worked with impressive speed and efficiency. They stayed focused and productive the entire time, clearly committed to doing the job right.
