Maurice and TC were phenomenal. They were immaculate professionals, and considerate about where the heavier furniture pieces went in the new house. I can’t thank them enough for their help. 10/10 would recommend and call on again! The only recommendation is specifically for the website because I almost didn’t book Packman because the map said they don’t service Carlsbad!

We recently used this company for two separate office moves, and both experiences were excellent. The staff was professional, efficient, and took great care of everything throughout the process. They took amazing care of all our belongings and furniture. Chris was especially easy to work with, very accommodating, and made the entire move as smooth and stress-free as possible. Communication was straightforward from start to finish, and he was always available to answer any questions we had. We truly appreciated the team’s professionalism and would highly recommend them for any move.

I never review things, but I was so just genuinely impressed with these movers. When I called to book my movers, I think it was the owner that picked up. He was extremely professional, friendly and courteous. Gave a very accurate estimate and was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. We ordered the 3 mover package for our two story house. They sent over three big guys - they made very light work of our move. Seriously they hustled so hard and got the entire move done incredibly fast. These dudes hustled so hard in 95 degree weather. This has been our quickest move yet! We’ve moved around a lot and have used a lot of movers. This has been the hands down best experience possible. I am not exaggerating, the price the speed and professionalism was excellent. Excellent value, cannot recommend enough. They didn’t prompt me to leave a review, I’m just genuinely satisfied with the service.

I am 81 years old and the youngest in our family is 5 years old. While Packman was just moving me from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom, they had their hands full with precious antiques as well as serious toy treasures. Packman was a thoroughly professional experience for our family. The outstanding care that was given to our possessions was exceptional. The efficiency was most impressive. The movers were Chris , Leon, Phil and David. We would encourage you to request them. In addition, the moral integrity of the owners cannot be overlooked; i.e. my final price was $400 less than the estimate.

This is my second time using this company for my move, and each time they went above and beyond to make the service as smooth as possible. The employees work exceptionally hard to get everything from one location to another with care. In this move; David, Kevin, and Morgan all showed up four hours earlier than the time scheduled. They were quick, kind, respectful, careful, courteous, and really great at what they do. During the move, I told them that I would move my two Legos, which are pretty big for Legos, and a piece fell off, shattering into a bunch of small, smaller bits. I wanted to move them because I was nervous anything would happen to them and I didn’t want it to fall on the company. Everyone was so nice and helped me find all the missing pieces. They even went as far as opening up a sewer great to climb down and retrieve five missing Legos. This was something that I didn’t feel like they actually had to do. It was my fault. If anyone should do it, it was probably me. So I’m really grateful that these are the guys that I was working with today. In my first move with this company, Chris and Jose also went above and beyond, carrying the same energy and customer service as the three I mentioned above. Thank you. I highly recommend this moving company.
