I ordered HON office chairs from Office Chairs Outlet sometime in the Fall of 2025. The customer service team kept me informed of the status of my order but eventually informed me that HON would not be shipping the model I ordered to the US anymore due to tariff issues. They quickly gave me recommendations for similar chairs from other manufacturers, all of which were comparable to the chairs I had chosen originally and they would honor the original price quote. I went with their recommendation and the chairs arrived shortly after. While it took some extra time for my chairs to arrive, the customer service team reacted quickly to a situation that was out of their control and kept me informed through the whole process. I would especially like to thank Javier for his professional demeanor and excellent communication. I will use Office Chairs Outlet in the future for my office needs and would highly recommend them to anyone needing office furniture.

Great spot to find quality new and used office furniture. We were able to find a lot of what we needed when we furnished our office.
