All I can say is WOW, fantastic experience... and I didn't even purchase anything! I called inquiring about how to dispose of or donate some older office chairs. I spoke with Nick, who told me they can't take them for resale, but he'd be happy to dispose of them for me. When I brought them to the store, he didn't even want me to put them in the dumpster and that they'd even take care of that. Now that's Customer service... without even being a customer! They will definitely be my first call for any office furniture related needs. Thanks again!

Such a great experience! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect conference table for our space. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and seemed genuinely happy to help. Not to mention the furniture is incredible! So many options and great quality. Was shopping for an Aeron chair - and found a range of options at Office Furniture Outlet. Staff checked on me as soon as I arrived and circled back while I was trying out the chairs. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Easy process and has a 30 day return policy, so I am trying my chair out at home to make sure it works for me.
