We chose professionals for a major building construction project involving a detached guest house. The crew was knowledgeable, reliable, and committed to quality work. They communicated regularly and kept the project on schedule. Every stage of construction was handled with care and precision. The finished structure is beautiful and extremely well built. We are very impressed with the results.

Creative Design & Build helped me make my dark outdated kitchen into the modern bright kitchen. Shiran H. was my Project Manager and she did a great job. Shiran discussed step by step the process of what to expect, estimated time frames, and answered any questions I had prior to signing a contract with Creative Design & Build. Shiran did an excellent job of communicating with me throughout the entire process. In addition, Shiran was instrumental in assisting me in selecting the right colors and materials to help make my kitchen update vision come true. The Creative Design & Build Team were professional, on time, and were skilled hard workers. They kept dust and debris to a minimum and cleaned up at the end of each day. Creative Design & Build’s price was competitive with the quotes I received. I got 4 quotes. Creative Design & Build was not the most expensive or the least expensive but in the middle and very close to a quote I received from another reputable contractor. Overall, I am very pleased with the end result and would recommend Creative Design & Build. KB

We shopped around a bit before selecting the contractor for our major remodel work. Ben V had very good ideas about how to transform the space and we relied a lot on his advice and suggestions. The work was done in a reasonably timely manner, even though it took some time. Our 25 year old bathrooms are unrecognizable now. We also did some custom work which was near perfect. They changed the stair railing and ballister. Tiles on the fireplace wall. Custom cabinet for the niche. Every time they did demolition, they cleaned up very well. We were able to live in a different part of the house. Team was managed by Luis, under Ben’s supervision. Excellent and professional team. Ben did a good job with helping us in the selection of material. He gave us reasonable time frame and was open to our requirements and suggestions. Very professional. I am looking forward to a kitchen remodel work that I want to do with him. Have recommended him to interested friends and will continue to highly recommend Creative Design and Build services.

We had a detached garage converted to a 1 bedroom ADU. Creative Design & Build did amazing work. We are thrilled with the results. Ben V. And his team, Faruk, Samir and ALL the subcontractors were kind, talented, professional, clean, and a pleasure to work with. They answered every question we had (and we had many). We felt involved in the project and appreciate the care they all took to make the most perfect little home on our property. Every detail is perfect-we are extremely impressed and grateful to them for their high quality work.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Creative Design and Build! From the very first meeting, Ben made everything so easy to understand — he listened to what I wanted, gave great design suggestions, and kept everything moving smoothly. The crew was professional, on time, and super respectful of our home. Our new kitchen turned out better than I could have imagined, the layout is more functional, the cabinets are gorgeous, and the tile work is flawless. They finished within the timeframe Ben promised, and the communication was excellent the whole way through. Definitely a 5-star experience!
