Absolutely the worst experience weve ever had. Period. We own a small business in san diego. An att vendor from aspire presented a plan that sounded great. We signed up. Two of the 4 phones came in 3 days along with the modem. The rep from aspire was supposed to return to port all of our new phones and set up modem. We did hear from him for a month. We called repeatedly and no response. So..while we oaid all the startup fees..nearly 1000 dollars we also had to continue to pay for our phone plans and internet...and the new plan. What was to be less than 200 per month is now $541 per month. Worse..the rebates for the phones...we dont get those. So now stuck in the contract we owe another 800 per phone for 4 phones. Fantastic. Oh!! We cannot access our account to see plan, bill or pay bill. Aspire wont return calls or emails. Att corporate cannot help as aspire is a 3rd party vendor. The agent that set up the plan is a ghost. Our good deal has cost us about $4500 and now a 200 bill is $541 per month. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE

In my experience, this company misapplies California’s outside sales exemption in a way that results in employees not being properly paid for mandatory training. Under California law, everyone is entitled to be paid for training time, including ride-alongs and shadowing. That did not happen in my case. I completed multiple full days of training and was later provided a wage statement that reflected only three hours worked, which was factually incorrect. As of more than two weeks later, I still had not received my earned wages at all. Withholding final pay for that length of time is unacceptable and creates serious financial stress for workers. I also experienced long delays in communication and shifting explanations when I asked for clarification and proper payment. Employees should not have to fight to be paid for time they actually worked. If you are considering working here, I strongly recommend you document your hours closely and understand your rights under California labor law.

Jorge Rios at AT&T was great to work with. He was polite, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. He helped me set up and migrate accounts for four devices, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. Highly recommend!

You can tell how they carry themselves and the way they talk and body language they are anything but profesional. They care about their customers, we need more people like them out there making a difference. Young and with a lot of inspiration, too want to succeed in life. We had a representative by the name Angel who helped transfer us from Verizon to AT&T. Throughout the process, we had trouble dealing with the help desk which was the only ridiculous part of it. Consistent hang ups and rude behavior. Angel on the other hand was very helpful, transparent, and welcoming. Gave us what I consider a deal of a lifetime. Along with his support through transferring over. Hands down one of the most comfortable representatives I’ve ever had. If anyone were to deal with Angel down the line are definitely some lucky individuals.
