CJ is amazing to work with! We did a big switch from desk phones to getting set up with GOTO. He was with us step by step and anytime we need help or assistance, he would be there to walk us through the situation. With an office of more than 28 people, there is always something that needs fixing. He has a lot of patience and always finds a solution. We also use him for all of out IT services. He does not over sell and works well with our budget. We respect his knowledge and his considerations. In that being said, his knowledge is what kept us functional during COVID.

If I could give a zero I would. Prior to the new owner or CEO, we had Mike and CPT was a 5 star company. Since CJ has taken over things have gone downhill and we will not work with him or his company. CJ is rude, condescending, entitled, and has treated our company poorly. CJ invoiced us 6 months after "service" was provided, which should be included in our context; yet in retaliation has billed us for service and troubleshooting that should have been included in the relationships. When a small business relies on partners and that partner is sabotaging and his behavior is unacceptable- it lends itself to writing a review to prevent other businesses from making a mistake and working with CPT or working in any capacity with CJ.

Daniel with Columbia Pacific was very helpful and responsive. He was able to get a technician out to fix our old Samsung Phone system quickly. He was also able to make some configuration changes to our phone system quickly. Without our phones, our business is dead in the water. Thank you Columbia Pacific, especially Daniel. We will call you when we are ready to upgrade to a new VOIP phone system.
