Kineticom is a great company! It starts with the people at the top and goes through out the company. I would definitely recommend Kineticom for anyone who is thinking of working with them. They are extremely pleasant, professional, and a joy to work with. Great company/personnel overall .

I have had an amazing journey with Kinecticom. Kathryn Pelekanos, when I’d reached my most discouraged level you came along and helped me up. I’d met a lot of “no’s” along the way, you encouraged me and helped me believe in myself again. Your professionalism, knowledge and eye for detail is truly outstanding. Your followup and follow through always on the mark. Thank you so much again and again! You’ve been wonderful and your help unforgettable. I wish you the best. Renetta

This is one of the most amazing companies I’ve ever worked with and for!! The team is always prompt, efficient, and professional. They checked on me frequently to make sure i was being well taken care of and that it was a good fit. Even years after I went full time we still communicate on LinkedIn and they are still just as prompt to respond to my inquiries here some five years later. I’d take another assignment in a heartbeat with Kineticom! Trevor! Alexi! Kristin! Thank you!

I would like to posit that these people, especially Kathryn Pelekanos, have managed to place me in a position that is so unimaginably perfect for me and thus perfect for my employer, that I constantly feel the need to offer praise and positivity for them. They have been patient with me as I transitioned into their system and offered help and support at every turn, making sure that once I was in the door, I was never without. I am forever grateful, and hope that others are able to share similar experiences, never forgetting that we are all humans, helping other humans. Bravo!

Kineticom is full of professional recruiters who really care about the well-being of the job seekers as well as the companies looking to identify new hire employees. Kineticom is a great place to work at or work with!
