This was the second time we rented a phone from Satmodo. They were prompt with answering the phone when I had questions and they keep their customers informed as to when the phone will arrive and what the charges will be. No hidden surprises with this company. They delivered the phone on the day promised so there was no stress about wondering if the phone would arrive in time for our trip departure. The phone was easy to use. No complicated instructions in small print needed. We will definitely rent from Satmodo the next time we take another vacation.

Cannot say enough good things about Satmodo. I had a question on their website and clicked on the live chat option -- that was the best decision I made! A Satmodo employee responded quickly to my chats and actually ended up calling me to complete the order. I placed a handful of calls to Satmodo through my satellite phone rental process and someone always answered the phone! Refreshing in today's environment that you don't have to click through an automated phone system to speak to someone. I plan on utilizing Satmodo from here on out for my satellite phone needs. Thanks guys!

Our organization rented Sat Phones from Satmodo for two trips in the Sierras this summer. Mike was super helpful with the process and easy to work with when we needed to cancel one of the phones. The price is right and we always were able to reach a real person! We will definitely be renting from them again.

Needed a phone for an African trip and Mike came through fast. I was pleased their phone was answered by a human being (Mike) and the entire transaction only took a few minutes. Mike was personable and I felt genuinely cared about what my specific needs were for this trip, recommending the specific phone and data plan I needed. I'll be writing a feature article about my trip for my magazine and definitely intend to mention Mike and Satmodo by name as the go-to place for sat phone rental. Roy Huntington

I have rented Satellite phones from Satmodo each of the past 3 years, and they are by far the best company I have worked with (I've used 3 other companies, prior). They provide excellent customer service and offer competitive rate-plan options. The phones arrive on-time as planned and they provide easy FedEx Shipping services to/from their San Diego office. I have recommended them to my friends, and will continue to use them in the future.
