Crazy how they walked into your business place and knocking on guest rooms without your knowledge. And when ask they literally lie to you saying guest invited them. When ask to leave from private property they become very hostile , I had to call police to make them leave. And after all that they don’t report to their manager and you still have to deal with them next day with different guys from true connect. What a great way to invade private property and harass people just so they can sell few phones and plans.

Truconnect is garbage! I can't tell you if the service is any good because I have yet to have a chance to use it since the 75 cent phone they gave me won't stop throwing me out of whatever app I want to use. Person who I got the phone from had four options with her she had an iPhone for over $100 but it was the iPhone XE she had a Samsung a11 which she wanted $50 dollars for, then she had a cloud C8 which is also garbage.... she had the audacity to tell me it was $50 dollars, and she had this piece of plastic cow dung......actually I can't say that, because I'm not sure it's even is plastic. After pulling her used car salesman tactics and seeing what I would be "approved" for, she made a fuss to tell me that I was almost not approved for this phone but she made it happen and if I wanted to upgrade to any of the other models, I had to throw cash on the table and she could make it happen. The reason I say that trueconnect is a piece of you know what is because they knowingly put this phone into their inventory for thousands of Americans to use knowing that it is completely under par, I'm not even sure we should be using the word phone here, two cans and a string would be more functional than this thing is. Truconnect has made it clear that they do not care about the consumer, they do not care about the product that they put their name on, all they care about is getting as many lifeline clients as possible because the government paid them for each client they serve. Also: they only give 6 GB of data per month where all the other companies are doing 8 and 12 and SafeLink is doing unlimited.... I asked how much Data was included I was told the amount in megabytes not gigabytes to make it sound like a much larger number these tactics do not work! Best offers in socal are Jen mobile if you want an iPhone 11 and a decent amount of data at 12 gigs or SafeLink if you want a decent phone but unlimited data... But RUN AWAY from places like truconnect, and assurance wireless...it's easier to not have a phone at all then to have Artia S545C

strange and agressive door to door tactics. they pretend they have a package for you to get you to sign up for something. shady & i would avoid giving them personal info.

TruConnect representatives invaded the property I manage today without permission. After being asked to leave over twenty times and me having to follow the two male representatives for a good 45 minutes, they finally decided to leave. The two males were trespassing as they did not ask for permission before soliciting their free government product on a private community. Going door to door asking residents for their EBT card, medi-cal or Medicare card is intrusive. I specifically told these two men that they were not welcomed and needed to leave and was ignored. Next time I see them on my property I will call the police. Ask for permission before using your slimy salesman techniques on income restricted residents.
