Incredible work done by Durand Architectural Engineering. Jackson paid very close attention to detail and got everything done the correct way. Definitely recommend!

Jackson is a really knowledgeable architect. He is someone I have used multiple times across different projects. I had a very seamless experience recently with getting a multi-family plan approved in the city of Loma Linda. I definitely would recommend and refer him.

My husband and I hired Durand and worked with Jackson on the remodel and expansion of our home in City of San Diego. He is responsive to change requests to our plans and quick turnaround with the updates. Jackson also guided us through the process with the City (which is a true art dealing with the City). Any question we have, he quickly responds and works to find a solution. Jackson sits on the same side of the table with you- doesn't talk over you - and he simply explains options. We love the design of our home and the ideas Jackson brought to the table. Give him a call and get your construction plans just the way you want them.

I met Jackson 5 years ago through a contractor doing my first remodel. Eventually I fired my contractor but kept Jackson’s plans. For my 2nd project, Jackson and I worked together on designing our forever home. He was very collaborative and enjoyable to work with. Due to our unfamiliarity with city’s guidelines, the plans could not get permitted. Eventually, Jackson found an innovative solution that keep the design, save time and money. Jackson is easy to communicate with over the phone. And he will take as much time to talk to you about every item of concern and if he disagrees, he will tell you. While other architects focus on design, he is not afraid to change his design if it can save you time or money. While he is not a big firm, his fees are reasonable. I have recommended him to my neighbors and will definitely use him as an architect again.

Our family had the pleasure to consult and work with Mr. Jackson Duran. He provided professional, detailed plans and helpful analysis after carefully assessing our structure to proceed with installing of our complicated bi-fold sliding door. The plans were submitted to the city with no problems. Mr. Jackson even spoke to the contractor to ensure the proper procedures were being taken for the installation of our door per the approved plans. We are grateful for his expertise and prompt response to all our requests. I highly recommend and will continue using Mr. Duran's Services for all our Architectural Engineering needs.
