Five Stars – Exceptional Experience Over Two Days! I cannot say enough good things about Best Fit Movers Orange County. Moving can easily be one of the most stressful experiences, but this team made the entire process seamless, efficient, and completely stress-free. Because of our moving timeline, we had to split the job across two different days, and both crews were absolute rockstars. Day 1: Alex and his crew set the tone right away. They arrived prompt, handled everything with expert care, and worked with incredible efficiency. Day 2: Benjamin and Andrew picked up right where Day 1 left off. They were punctual, careful, professional, and worked tirelessly until the final box was placed. From start to finish, every single person involved was remarkably professional, hardworking, and attentive to details. My belongings were handled with complete care, and both teams maintained fantastic, positive attitudes throughout the job. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to hire Best Fit Movers. If you are looking for reliable, top-tier professionals in Orange County, look no further. Highly recommended!

I had a large heavy item to be moved upstairs to the 2nd floor. The quote was very fair for the size crew I required. The job was done quickly and with great communication. I would definitely recommend Best Fit to anyone. I look forward to using them again in the future.

The movers installed my washing machine incorrectly, which caused a flood that damaged my freshly painted baseboards. After contacting the office, I was told they are not licensed to install washing machines and the workers shouldn’t have done so… Despite admitting they aren’t licensed, they are refusing to reimburse me for any of the damage caused by their improper installation. To make matters worse, they also broke a large TV during the move. I paid extra for additional insurance specifically to protect my belongings and my home, yet they have completely stopped responding to me about my TV claim. Not only did this company damage my home and personal property, but they have also refused to take responsibility and denied my claim, and are now slow rolling communications after hearing that damage was done. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value your home, your belongings, and any expectation of customer service after the move. The reason they have so many 5 star reviews is because once done with the move, the foreman will corner you for a tip and watch you as you write a 5 star review, my foreman said “he gets incentivized if I mention him by name” Do yourself a favor, just find an honest company and do business with them.

Angel and Adam definitely know how to take the stress out of moving. Not only were they polite, they were very considerate of the items in which they were moving. The whole process from start to finish was worry free. And everyone needs that when they’re moving. Thank you so much, For a job well done

Ben and Tyler were absolutely amazing! They worked very hard moving our family from Irvine CA to the Las Vegas area….in ONE day! They were polite, professional, kind and accommodating, and extremely hard working. They did not waiver on the price, and kept us updated throughout the move. Very much appreciate them.
