I genuinely do not know how this company has 5 stars. Not only did the sales representative take a full inventory of my things and then quote me about 40% of what the actual cost was, he also told me just how fast they are… 5 days from FL to CA. It has been 3 weeks today since they’ve picked up my things, and nobody has contacted me and I have no date of getting my things. At this point I think it may be a loss and that they just robbed me. If you want your belongings, I suggest using another company. This company truly does not care about honesty, integrity, timeliness, or possibly getting you your belongings.
