These guys went above and beyond expectations. David and Omar were professional, educational, prompt and delivered a quality service. This description does not even express how good these guys were. I have already recommended this company to our property manager who gets inquires all the time. Everything from booking service, to getting the quote, to going over the design and needs was done in such a professional and timely matter. They paid attention to detail and were great to work with. I would give ten stars. Great job fellas and thank you.

When you call their AI “Skyler” answers the phone. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday 4-6pm. I called back to confirm the next day they were coming, the AI told me they’d call me back. No one called back. On the day of, 5:30pm I call to make sure someone is still coming, the AI tells me someone will call me back. No one called me back. They flaked on the appointment. Would not recommend.

We recently hired Ring and Ping to handle all the wiring and setup for our new law firm, and from start to finish, the experience was beyond expectations. They took care of everything — from the initial planning and consultation to the final setup — and made what could have been a stressful move incredibly smooth and seamless. Their pricing was significantly better than competing offers we received, but what impressed us most was the level of service and professionalism. The team was punctual, communicative, and thorough every step of the way. I personally have limited technological knowledge, but they were always patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. Not once did I feel left in the dark — every question was answered quickly and every concern was addressed right away. Ring and Ping made the entire process the easiest part of our office move, which is saying a lot! I can’t recommend them highly enough for any business needing reliable, affordable, and expert wiring or tech setup services. We will absolutely be using them for all of our firm’s future needs. Thank you again to the entire Ring and Ping team for exceeding our expectations and making our transition effortless!

I've used Ring and Ping on two different projects, and they've done a great job cabling our network and working around the construction schedule. Highly recommended! Chris and Toby are great!

We have been working with Ring and Ping Communications for our global shipping and logistics company across the United States for over 10 years, and their service has been nothing short of exceptional. They are incredibly reliable, always fast to respond, and consistently deliver top-notch work. A special shoutout to Toby, and Chris, for their dedication and expertise. Both of them go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, and their professionalism is truly appreciated. If you’re looking for a team that delivers quality, reliability, and excellent customer service, Ring and Ping Communications comes highly recommended. We’re extremely pleased with their work and will continue to rely on them for our communication needs. Keep up the great work!
