Couldn’t feel more blessed to have found my home through General Real Estate. Your life can really change in the blink of an eye. I kid you not, it is Thursday, last Sunday I viewed my apartment, applied the following day, was approved, and then I had to leave town for a day and was worried about losing the apartment so Marsha and Ryan just made the process completely stress free and easy. My new home is a dream. In four days, my entire life took a beautiful turn. Love my new apartment and the entire experience. Thank you GREM 🙏🏽🫂🤍

Ryan & the entire General Real Estate team were the best property managers we've ever had. They were communicative, timely, and extremely considerate from the moment we applied to our eventual move out. We are so grateful to have lived in their property for as long as we did and couldn't recommend working with them more.

Easily the best apartment managers I've ever had. Ryan is so professional and organized and any maintenance request was taken care of immediately (and you know that's not usual!) If they manage a building you own or apartment you rent, you will be in very good hands. A+

Dealing with General Real Estate has been a great experience. The move in process was simple and the staff is really easygoing while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Since I’ve moved in Iv had a couple questions and concerns but Kevin has always been there to help me out and assist me in a timely fashion. Really happy I scored an apartment with them!

Renting from General Real Estate was such an incredible and easy experience. They were extremely professional and able to work with me during this hard time. They were extremely understanding and had down to earth employees that helped me every step of the way during my renting and moving process. If you are considering looking for a super clean and well priced apartments located near the ocean I suggest contacting this company. Thank you guys !
