I’ve worked with many property management companies over the years, and Perform Properties is by far the best I’ve experienced. They consistently go above and beyond to maintain and improve the property, always keeping it clean, well-kept, and welcoming for my customers. Their approach to managing the property and collecting rent is extremely efficient, which makes everything run smoothly on my end. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding—responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Overall, it’s been an excellent experience. I highly recommend Perform Properties to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive management team.

I work with Tony Lucero Jr. at my property for Beauty Bungalows in Huntington Beach on Brookhurst. I will say I have worked with a lot of property managers with my many other locations I have and Tony Jr is the best! He gets back to me right away, is always helpful and professional. If there is a problem that needs fixing or a question that needs answering, he’s on it and gets it handled. His communication is excellent and I have really enjoyed working with him. They take care of their buildings, centers, and tenants. The whole experience with Perform properties has been very pleasant and I definitely recommend you leasing a space from them for your business.

My working relationship with Perform Properties has exceeded expectations. I manage multiple retail properties and have worked with various management companies. I can state without hesitation that Perform Properties has been one of the best. Tony and his team are always responsive and engaged when a landlord related issue is presented. Together we have dealt with odor complaints, plumbing repairs, and security concerns. The relationship has always felt collaborative in nature and they will go above and beyond to obtain an acceptable outcome. Shout out to Rolando and the on-site security team for always providing support when needed.
