3 years ago, in 2023, I was observing this contractor who was hired as a subcontractor to my contractor and I was impressed. So much so, that I went to my contractor's COO to see if he would let me hire them directly as I knew that I needed them on my Team. They're cooperative with all Team members on the job site, preform clean work, suggest no cost solutions that improve the design, and are great folk. I put them at the top of those I want to work with.
