One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping customers, they make you wait forever and act like you are bothering them when you ask for assistance. I was even shouted at by an employee, which is completely unacceptable. After more than three years with Verizon, this location has made me seriously consider canceling my service and switching to another company. Customers deserve respect, not attitude. Verizon management really needs to address the way customers are treated at this location.

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. They seem more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. Long wait times, careless service, and when it is finally your turn, they just try to send you to phone support instead of helping. Very disappointing experience. This location seriously needs better management and properly trained staff.

For having a store right here in this area you would think the phone service would be good. Is there any plan to fix it? Or do nothing?

We had excellent service at Santee Verizon. Ramses helped us get our phones working after I had spent over 16 hours in 3 days on the phone with tech support. Ramses is knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He was a hero for us!!!
