I recently had a frustrating experience at the Trader Joe's on Arroyo Parkway in Pasadena due to the actions of a security staff member named Michael. This happened around 3 PM when Michael was supposed to be directing traffic in the parking lot. Unfortunately, his directions were confusing, and after following them, he blocked my car, making me reverse into traffic and almost causing an accident. When I tried to explain that I was just following his instructions, he was dismissive and rudely questioned my driving skills and where did I get my driver's license. He also threatened filming me and reporting to the authorities. I found his behavior unprofessional and unwarranted. I hope Asorock can address this issue to ensure better service and safety in the future, with trained employees.
