Today, I had an unfortunate experience with a security supervisor at the Acura Grand Prix. She approached my daughter and me and told us we were not allowed to take photos of the Grand Prix entrance sign. As someone who has attended the Long Beach Grand Prix for the past 25 years, this was both surprising and confusing, as I’ve never encountered this restriction before. The situation escalated quickly. The supervisor was extremely rude and even threatened to call the police over us taking photos—of a public event sign—not of ourselves or others. We were not blocking any entrances or causing any disruption. It’s important that supervisors clearly understand company policies and the events they are assigned to. Equally important is their ability to engage with the public professionally and de-escalate situations when necessary. Unfortunately, this supervisor did the opposite—escalating the interaction unnecessarily, which was concerning. Attending the Grand Prix has been a long-standing tradition for me and my daughter—I’ve been bringing her since she was 5, and she is now 30. This experience nearly ruined what is usually a special and enjoyable day for us. I strongly recommend additional training for supervisors, particularly in customer interaction, communication, and emotional intelligence..

Torrance, Calif -- A security guard hired by CSC security services, threatened to call immigration enforcement on a group of concertgoers at SoFi Stadium, and it was all caught on video. Hollywood Park, the development where SoFi Stadium is located, says it does not tolerate that type of behavior and tells the News that the woman seen in the video will no longer be working events at Hollywood Park, including SoFi Stadium. They also noted that the woman is a current employee of Contemporary Services Corporation (security guard services). I’d like to know if CSC tolerates that type of behavior?

CSC is lousy at their job, upon walking to ramp during Lady Gaga concert at Forum to take a picture outside before the end of show security would not let us back in. Security guard wouldn't let us back in to venue citing that he told us there was no re-entry. Aforementioned security guard was not posted at the ramp and the clown who approached us afterwards was no where to be seen while we were there taking pictures. CSC needs to train their security guards better and tell them that its not okay to impersonate a "supervisor" when asked for one. When one finally showed up they were clearly an official "supervisor" by the print on their jackets. First and only concert experience at Forum and will not be returning while the clowns at CSC runs the circus.

Not sure CSC understands the nature of planning event crowd management. Lack of communication via signage and staff to the people attending the event is non existent. Failure to see potential issues of getting people to where they need to be is another failure point. I’m not saying I could do better but I’m not a multimillion dollar company that gets paid to do a good job.

I experienced an incident during bag search with Tony (supervisor, he was wearing a light blue shirt) at the Angel vs Yankee game. At the stadium i immediately walked to guest relations and Gabriel another employee was nervous to even listen to my incident. He gave me a lousy piece of paper with his contact information (see picture attached). They fabricated a false report and won't take accountability for their actions. It's been months of emails and no reimbursement for my damaged item. I had to contact the Angel Stadium so they can at least look into my complaint and suddenly CSC reached our! CSC has been playing email games and their employee was asked to write a report which completely shields Tony the supervisor. Maybe because I was a Yankee female Latina fan they disregarded my complaint and didn't care to reach out. Don't trust this security service. They are not professionals when it comes to customer service. There last email stated they they were too busy with events to deal with my complaint.
