Are they cheap? Yes. Are they responsive when you need service? Nooooooo. I would go elsewhere.

Terrible service! Look at your invoices before paying!!! I called the company because a service person had shown up telling us that the battery was marking as low and needed to be changed, ok awesome do it. Apparently they told us they needed to install an antenna so we can get better signal. This we thought was their own maintenance that they needed to do. Not something that we needed for our own system. Paper invoice said $600. When the invoice was emailed so we can pay it said $700. We received our usual bill 2 days later (separate invoice). So I called to ask about the service that was done that we didn’t ask for and about the $100 extra. The man I talked to was so rude. I don’t know how they have someone like that returning phone calls. He kept cutting me off even after I asked him politely to let me finish speaking. And got increasingly upset when I was asking questions. The crazy part was when I told him I’m looking at my invoice, read the invoice number and told him it said $700 he told me I was wrong because he was looking at it as well. I asked if he wanted me to email it to him and he said no because he’s looking at it and wouldn’t allow me to show him my invoice. I wonder how many people have overpaid without thinking much of it. There is much more to this but in the end the way he spoke to me was very unprofessional.

This is the best company ever simply the best. Its very reasonable than other security companies that were charging me. They are not here to mess around.

The worst. You call and call and leave message after message and you get nothing back. And they wanted over $400 for one battery!

This company is very poorly run. Disorganized and non-responsive to phone calls. I canceled my service at the end of June, and yet the company has taken money out of my bank account for the past 5 months, which I did not realize until about a month ago. I have called 6 times since then, am sent to the accounts department where no one answers and voice mail is "full." Finally, I went through my bank to cancel all future payments; however, I have not received my money back for the 5 months after I canceled. I would definitely not recommend this company, stay far away from them!
