Building a new home and wanted to make sure I did everything right the first time to make sure I put in want I really wanted. BCG folks were very patient with me to explain me my options, talk through the technical stuff at my level of understanding, and made helpful suggestion. And I was not oversold. In fact, I was explained on several occasions why I may not want to do something and offered more economical choices. I give them 110% rating. 10% extra because they have a help line for me to keep asking question about how I use my technologies as I get use to my modern home.

Amazing! Not only does BCG Concepts make super fast (knowledge-based) recommendations followed by quick installation - just a few hours - they are reasonably priced. For years we have endured sub-optimal internet (and bells and whistles we did not need). Recommended by a no-nonsense, hi-tech friend, BCG redid the system; tweaked it to perfection and now not only do we have super high speed internet in every corner of the house, but in every corner of the property as well. So all app-based systems work flawlessly. What's more, they provide account access to the system itself, so if there is ever an issue, one can easily assess what's up.. as in spectrum not working... thank you!
