Terrible service. If I could give Grace zero stars I would. Not only did she not file on time, she claimed to have filed an extension. She lied and I now owe hundreds in penalties in addition to her excessive fees for doing absolutely nothing. She cost me more in taxes than I have ever paid. I rarely got a response in time and they have high employee turn over, probably because of how terrible Grace is. I would save your time and money and find a different company to do taxes because this company is the worst one ever.
