Over the past [3 years ], 10 individuals (myself included) have been financially harmed by the same The Agency LLC and the people who run it ( please note they will tell you past employers have left but it’s the same people). The total amount involved is significant, and several victims have come forward independently with similar experiences. More than $300,000 This is not a misunderstanding. This is not an isolated incident. Law enforcement has been notified, reports have been filed, and documentation exists. Some victims already have court judgments and won but remain unpaid. I am sharing this publicly for two reasons: 1. To prevent more people from being affected 2. Be aware! This guy Alfred (the owner of the Agancy) borrowed money from me in my of 2025 through a common person we both know. It was all done legally and he signed a contract to pay me back by June 9 of 2025. We are in January of 2026 and he has been giving me the run around with lies and made up stories playing hide and seek. It’s ironic that he’s supposed to help people with their financial problems but what he really does is scam people. I’m in process of swing him for not just my money but all the interest and my wasted time and damages because I didn’t get my money back on time. I am a single mother a with a kid in college so count on every dime of my money. I’m also reporting him to Better Business Bureau.

Alfred and his team are awesome! From the moment I first called them, his team was very professional and attentive and helped make the process of dealing with credit/building credit much easier and they also guided me step by step throughout the entire process.
