If I could give 10 stars I would! My kid fell asleep and I wasnt going to leave them in the car. I called the store someone was so sweet and kind took my package and was able to process the return! Cannot thank the staff enough!! -a very grateful mom!

Very convenient location and many services offered. I've faxed items, emailed items, mailed items and shredded paper

David is a great fresh energetic face in what is usually a mind numbing process. He was engaged through the entire process and extremely helpful. People like this are very rare to find in a customer facing environment these days. What an amazing guy. Will be a return customer. 10/10

I just had the most efficient and kind encounter with David! He greeted every single person who came in with such cheer. I will definitely be returning for my shipping needs. He’s wonderful! Thank you!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but we need more people like David in retail! He is extremely friendly, kind, helpful, and efficient. While I was in line, I noticed how much he cared about his customers and doing the job accurately. When it was my turn, his main priority was to process my return and get me out asap! It turns out I had packaged my return incorrectly, but instead of seeming annoyed by my mistake, he respectfully explained to me how to do so correctly. What a kind guy! This is definitely my favorite UPS location in Whittier.
