Extremely slow service. I was number 12 in line when I arrived and waited over an hour. Even after an hour, there were still two customers ahead of me. I was only there to pick up a modem. I also noticed employees continuing to chat with customers after their transactions appeared to be finished while other customers were still waiting. The wait time and efficiency at this location need serious improvement.

Something just happened again. So I have to write another review at a spectrum place. This provider is something else truly. At the end of the day, I could be doing some important work online or I can be online playing video games. Guess what? If it’s important for either of those there’s like a 90% chance that I can’t do it. For example, to easily understand this problem about Spectrum, I could be doing something in a game and my Spectrum router just says, “Man! I really feel like breaking right now!” And then for example, you could be almost done doing the Dr. Dre missions and getting the $1 million, then you’re in the last cut scene, and it just kicks you out of the game completely and then you have to reset the entire thing all over again. Or you could be on Word document, writing something like a research paper and then you just see the little automatic save cloud icon thing just turns off and then, you look down at the little Internet icon at the bottom right of your desktop and it just disappears because it cuts off. So you just gotta sit there and wait for it to come back. It’s honestly amazing but not in a good way obviously in the most negative way possible amazing.

4 reps. On a Saturday and retail outlet full of customers waiting to be called on. Excessive wait time to return items ( Router and Modem) for discontinued service. Had two other options and was only aware of one. Which is drop off at a nearby UPS store for return and save receipt .Other was set appt. Before coming for faster service.

Always a long wait. 14 people waiting and 1-2 people working with zero sense of urgency. A manager type person was talking to another employee about dusting and fixing the tape in the back of the device WHILE THERE IS LITERALLY A ROOM FULL OF PEOPLE WAITING. You do the dusting before opening or where there are no guest in the lobby. 40 min wait so far… zero customer service
