I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I had a really frustrating experience at this AT&T location while trying to purchase an iPad. I came in ready to buy an iPad, and at first the representative was nice and attentive. However, the process became confusing and uncomfortable. I was first told one storage size was available, then told something different, but the quote I was given did not match what I was actually being offered. I had to ask for a corrected printed quote because I did not feel comfortable accepting a quote for a different model. After that, I was told I had to add insurance in order to leave the store with the iPad, and that I could remove it within 14 days. I asked to see in writing where insurance was required because I did not want it. I was then told that if I did not want insurance, I would need to order the iPad online for pickup instead. That did not feel right to me as a customer. I already have phone and internet service with AT&T, I pay my bill on time, and I came in ready to make a purchase. I should not feel pressured into adding insurance I do not want, especially without being shown a policy saying it is required. To make things more frustrating, the online inventory did not match what I was being told in-store. The store said they had the iPad, but online it was not showing available for pickup there, while other stores showed availability and apparently did not actually have it. I did contact AT&T customer service and filed a complaint, but I wanted to share my experience here because customers should be given clear, accurate information and should not feel pressured into optional add-ons.

Francisco was very nice & helpful. The other female agent was very condescending & would not help me even after sharing all the information she asked me for & to do. This is the reason I asked for another agent (Francisco) to assist me.

Stepanie is a miracle worker. After changing carriers through a non-disclosed retail, I had major issues with a smooth transition. I called the "VIP" customer support number with no resolution and even escalated and still no resolution. 2 days trying to fix my issue. I walked into the Inglewood office and Stephanie quickly assisted me. I explained my problem. With out delay, Stephanie fixed my problem in seconds. Yes in seconds. What support couldn't do in two days she fixed it in seconds. I was able to breath because I was already frustrated. Outstanding service with a smile. Thank you Stephanie.

Salesman Javier was attentive on our arrival to AT&T customer service center in Inglewood Century Bl location. He had a pleasant attitude very helpful knowledgeable with a smile. Being a longtime Customer of AT&T upgraging my existent phone took no longer than 15 min. From me and my wife definitely a comfortable experience. Exaltnt service from Dorian was outstanding took his time with me. Understood my bad experience with Verizon. He's the reason why I'm back with AT&T. As long as he is at AT&T I'll be a customer. After being disrespected at Verizon, I began to believe that's the way customer service is these days. Dorian prove that to be different. 18*s plus. Thanks. Great Experience
