Hi me and my family lost our parrot this Sunday. She was picked up by Brian then handed off to Densie who took it to her parents. Then her parents allegedly lost her once again. If she does have it she’s not allowing us to get her back. All we want is for her to be back with her family.

Horrible customer service— I called them 6 six times from 5am to 530am and never picked up - I paid for a car and once there they informed me they did not do the service they listed on there sight - and could not be helpful at all — did not even open door to tell me — so I spent $$ on car back and forth - clearly says they open at 5am why not answer phone !!!!

I get all my major mailings done here. Great company and awesome people to work with.

These guys are for real, and follow thru on your direct mail jobs, your electronic customer communications, and your end of year tax forms reporting. Give them a try on your next project. They are also a licensed USPS mail center for outbound business mailing.

As a business partner, BDI is best. In my experience in working with them, they have been very professional and their attention to security is beyond first-class.
