Saturday 8/30/25, I notice my phone in SOS mode and no cell service. It’s LABOR DAY WEEKEND!!! I drive to Verizon store but notice so much traffic on Century by In-n-out (long line). The line is not for burgers, but everyone headed to Verizon store for answers to why so many of us have no service? The Verizon staff is standing outside only to regrettably tell us keep trying by turning phone off/on and check back by dialing 611. Today, is Wednesday 9/3/25 - still no service. This is unacceptable!!!! *Don’t make us switch back to T-Mobile
