Horrible management and employees I’ve never felt so disrespected and taken advantage of in my life. The security guard even got out of his car with his hand on his gun when I asked him to please leave as he watched me eat breakfast while I was sitting on the grass of my parent’s family home’s (my childhood home). He responded “I don’t work for you!” as I ran inside crying calling 911. The owner told me he wouldn’t provide security to me since I didn’t pay them only my mother who had hired them (in October 2018) for my safety and had explained that to the company multiple times. Additionally my elderly mother is deaf and they refused to communicate with her except by telephone and ignored her emails. So rude. The police told me they hate private security guard companies for interfering with their law enforcement jobs.
