Jenny is a very professional and excellent help with customer service. She follows up on phone calls quickly and communicates the order status each step of the process. It is rare to have a person like Jenny. Give Jenny a 5 + stars!

This is a great customer experience. Ahn has been phenomenal to work with I am on my second order. I am doubling my cam radios as they work great in all situations. I can speak on Nation wide coverage being top tier and will be trying the international communications next month. No need to second guess it just buy them you won't regret it!

I only purchased 4 units, so I thought I might be too small of a customer to matter—but that was not the case at all. The QUICKTEL customer service team has been amazing! I never feel like just a number. Their office hours are 8 to 3, and during that time, they are always responsive and incredibly accommodating. Great support!

We signed on with QUICKTEL about six months ago and have been very happy so far. The equipment works great, and the support team is always quick to help. What gave us extra confidence was knowing QUICKTEL is backed by WOLFCOM, a company with over 20 years of experience in the industry. That kind of expertise really shows in the way they handle customer service and product quality. Our account manager Jenny has been excellent—responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Our agency has been using WOLFCOM body cameras for over five years. The team has always been helpful. We’re never treated as just one of the numbers. Very pleased so far with the Customer Support.
