Their parking lot "ssecurity officer" Ashley outside the Amazon fresh store in Pasadena on Colorado Blvd very rude belligerent and reckless in her behavior. After buying groceries and a slice of pizza inside, my family and I briefly stopped to eat our slice in shade next to exit across loading dock area and were told to move by her which we quickly did. The only other shaded area was across 2-3 parking spots in the back corner of the lot far from the store entrance and no other vehicles around, so we briefly parked incorrectly across 2 shaded spaces, but Ashley came and immediately knocked on my window and loudly commanded "move now!" like I was a child she was scolding. I said I'd move in less than two minutes; we weren't blocking anything or one; she said she didn't care that she would "call the cops" if I didn't leave asap, then took out her personal cell phone and began holding it up as if taking pics/video of me, my wife, and child from my driver window for unknown reason. I left a minute later as promised and saw she recorded my rear license plate. Came back 30 mins later without my wife and child to ask inside the store for a manager but was told they're 3rd party company separate from the store. So I went outside and calmly asked why she needed to record us and my 9 year old in the backseat. All I got was defensive loud attitude denying it, although my wife also saw how she was holding her phone up. Ashley then began to literally yell at me in the parking lot near the Amazon Fresh store entrance saying I better do what she says next time or else, and that she didn't care what I told her boss because they'd believe her over me. So sad to see someone have zero respect, training, or even just a sound mind and self control to interact with their customers' customers and the general public. Glad she wasn't armed security because she doesn't seem to have her mind right. Needs to be released, relocated, and/or re-trained immediately.

Our community has been using Select Patrol for almost two years now. We have been very pleased with their services. From Management to all the guards, they have been great. They show up on time for their patrols, they are very dependable and the reporting is very accurate. I would highly recommend Select Patrol for Security Services!

I am very happy with their service. They have met every item in our scope of work agreement. Their staff patrols every day, at specified intervals and provide an incident report immediately. The Select Patrol team is respectful of our residents and visitors, and whenever I have a question on a given incident I receive a prompt response. I highly recommend Select Patrol. Thank you for doing such a terrific job!

We have worked with Select Patrol on a new asset in the Orange County market for about 18 months now and it has been a seamless and very positive experience. Often new vendors can be a tenuous transition but the professionalism and responsiveness of this team cannot be over-stated. One aspect of their business which I have found particularly valuable is the email-based reporting system that keeps me apprised of the goings-on. It helps tremendously. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have used Select Patrol for several years to manage the parking at our retail shopping plaza. Besides immensely improving the quality of parking experience for all of our tenants and customers, Darin and his team are amazing at handling any issues that may arise day to day. I would strongly recommend to anyone in need of parking facilities management to use Darin and Select Patrol, you will not be disappointed.
