Bay Shred gave us the best service! Our business was moving locations and our other shred company failed to schedule us, so I called Carrie at Bay Shred and she assured me that she would get us taken care of. And that she did just that. We had excellent service! Our shredder was pleasant and worked hard and fast. We are so grateful for Carrie and Bay Shred!! Totally recommend this company and the prices are lower than any of the competitors!

Misled by the lack of transparency regarding fees. When I spoke with Carrie, the representative, she specifically asked if I had stairs. I confirmed that I did, but she only told me to ensure the items were "easily accessible" for the driver. She failed to mention there is a surcharge for stairs. Had this been disclosed, I would have easily moved the items to my garage to avoid the extra cost. It felt like a bait-and-switch rather than honest communication. Contacted her twice regarding the charge, and she has failed to respond.
