Since the new owners have taken over: Very very poor customer service with unannounced charges, improper charges and increased rates with no notification. The prior owners (ProShred) were excellent and I have had this service for years. Since the new owners have taken over, the new owners are nonresponsive, new charges were assessed without any notification, and I am cancelling my service as a result.

I went by Proshed today without an appointment to see if they could shred lots of papers and many old computer drives and discs. Wow. Absolute fantastic customer service!! Kyle is an incredible employee. All items were shreded in my presense and Kyle was very fast and their price was very fair. I would highly recommend them.

I have worked with several shreders in San Diego and Pro Shred is the best! The are professional and offer good rates. I have worked with them on doing large jobs of 100 boxes or so and much smaller jobs of only 2 or 3 boxes. It is always good service.

Our physical therapy office (PT in Motion) had two offices that needed shredding services. I scheduled the appointments with Suzette and she was a pleasure to work with. She answered all of my questions, even the ones that I could have found the answers to online. We had two separate drivers, Marcos and NB. They were both on time and very efficient. They were very professional while they were in our offices collecting the boxes to be shredded. I would highly recommend PROSHRED to any business that requires their services.
