Having permit issues in very stressful. Grace and Randal are experts at navigating through this process in a way that includes providing hope and support for us as clients and complete compliance to the City. Professional and experienced. We feel fortunate to have found them.

We are currently working on a ADU project that has some challenges. Randal's team is exceptional at moving through the issues and keeping the process moving. The attention to important detail is outstanding. This team works very well with other people to get issues worked out. They are inclusive, professional, and great to work with. I'm sure we'll have success with the current project.

Had an immediate need for a reconstruction project and contacted Ehm Architecture to assess and create a plan and strategy to remediate the situation. After a detailed on-site evaluation Randal Ehm presented plans to the local building department in a very timely manner. The plans and specs received approvals and permits were issued without delay. Construction work commenced within days there after and Ehm Architecture followed up with site inspections to assure the work was completed according to approved plans. It was a pleasure working with such a professional firm and Architect. I highly recommend Ehm Architecture. Thank you Randal for a superb job!
