I called Costa Mesa Moving Company and I am glad I did. The amount of work they did in 1 day was astounding. I had numerous projects going at once and they did everything autonomously. They remembered the previous rooms and rebuilt my furniture that they had disassembled and moved it to the correct rooms with little to no guidance. From the moment I called, they explained everything, I stopped by their warehouse and they gave me supplies, and called me a few days before to reiterate the process. Dave and Kyle and their team are honest and hard-working. Highly recommend.

I have used Costa Mesa Moving Co twice. Once to exit an apartment and once to enter a new large apartment. From booking the moving services through the front office to actually meeting and working closely with the moving team they showed exceptional professionalism, great communication, hard work and diligent care for my stuff.. all valuables, fragile and large items were wrapped independently and stacked into the van with Tetris like precision. When they were on the clock doing the move they worked consistently the whole time with the stamina of a marathon runner and there was no idle time.... the flexibility of supplying my own packing equipment or leaving every last detail to them is refreshing and competitive . I intend to use as my go to as I move around like a gypsy. Happy to have found them !!

Costa Mesa Movers gets 5 stars due to their outstanding service. I can count the number of times I have contracted with them for moves and storage on my 2 hands. Their service from beginning to end is extremely professional, handling my goods with the utmost care. They have NEVER disappointed. I recommend them 100%.

The people who helped me set up my moving date were great. They were honest, transparent, and they even helped me save a couple hundred bucks. The movers, however, were bad. They were really late (despite me living 3-4 minutes away from their warehouse and being their first moving appointment at 0800) and misplaced a bunch of big personal items (keyboard, rolling chair, etc.). The items they misplaced were left outside in a corner of my old house behind a wall. Don’t let my one bad experience speak for the hundreds of other good experiences from their other customers, though. After all, they offer VERY reasonably priced services, and they did load everything up really fast. They forgot some stuff, but it was fast. To the two dudes who moved my stuff: don’t place stuff in places where it can easily be overlooked and forgotten about.

Costa Mesa Moving was incredible from start to finish! They were so professional, fast, and efficient — truly made the whole process stress-free. The team handled everything with great care and worked with amazing speed without cutting corners. I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly the move went. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch moving experience!
