This store is the worst. You walk in and they treat you like you're going to ask them for something, and they don't help at all. The worst customer service I've ever seen. I'm so sorry I got cell phone service with Verizon, and giving them one star is too much because they don't deserve it.

Worst decision ever from switching to Verizon from TMobile. Another worst decision was going to this branch in West Covina. I’m just glad that i switched back to TMobile. Attention Management you need to change the Manager and other staff from this store.Especially that sales person Jassita and manager Jesse. They would let other customers wait for so long and bad customer service.👎👎👎
